Roll out da slushie machine!

From time-to-time, we like to pull out the beautiful rainbow of our fruited spontaneously-fermented beers out of the cellar and serve them in what we call The Secret Garden.

It’s gonna be June, so that’s the perfect time for us to roll out our slushie machine. Yes, beer slushies. Yes, spontaneously-fermented beer slushies. If the Lambic breweries of Belgium can serve sorbets, we’re doing our dang American version.

For our special Pride-edition of the Secret Garden, we’ll be serving the following spon slushies:

• Chocolate Covered Raspberry (Framboise meets Baltic Porter)
• Gooseberry
• Plum

More traditionally poured will be our cellar selections of Chardonnay, Riesling, X07 and Fraise. It’s not very often we get these kegs out of the cellar at one time, so be sure to come on by and taste the rainbow! 🌈

$1 from each pour at our Secret Garden will be donated to the Center on Halsted.
