At Dovetail, bartenders do more than just pour beer—they are the hosts of a good party. Our team creates a welcoming, thoughtful atmosphere where every guest feels comfortable. We’re looking for people who are friendly, curious, and excited to learn about both our brewing process and philosophy on service and hospitality.

All while maintaining a clean, organized taproom and Biergarten environment.

  • Able to deliver high standards of service while maintaining awareness and communication with the taproom bar team

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility to the team

  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working outdoors in a patio and Biergarten environment during Chicago summer conditions

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move patio furniture when setting up or breaking down service areas

  • Comfortable serving as a public-facing representative of Dovetail Brewery
