    WHAT THE HECK IS TREBERWURST? 

    Based on a Swiss tradition where vineyard workers would warm up their snack sausage in pomace heated by the hot steam coming out of the top of a still, it was eventually adapted by beer brewers like us. Every once in a while we’ll take a couple, two, tree sausages and heat them up in fresh spent grain from the day’s brew.

    Ahead of our TYFS party, we'll be tapping a gravity keg of our Smoked Vienna (natch). To make it a little more festive, for every pour from the gravity keg you purchase, you'll be entered in a raffle to win a pair of tix to our TYFS Frühschoppen on Sunday, Feb 22.

    We'll draw the Fruhschoppen raffle winner at 7pm.

    We’ll kick off the day by opening the taproom early at 10am for a proper Frühschoppen (that's the word for German beer brunch), featuring a plated sausage spread from our friends at Beard & Belly.
